What are the services and resources a Family Coach can help families get access to?
- Basic Needs (food pantry at certain locations, household items, hygiene kits, school supplies and diapers)
- Receive 1:1 family coaching
- Connect with a Ramsey County Navigator
- Receive help applying for Medical Assistance (MNSure)
- Receive help applying for Social Security Income
- Receive a referral to My Very Own Bed
- Receive referral to Bridging
- Open a College Bound Savings Account for your child born on or after 2020
- Check-in with a coach to find out what other services you qualify for
How long can a family work with a Family Coach?
Families can be served with one-time crisis issues and/or case management services for up to 6 months to a year.
How often can participants utilize resources such as diapers, food, household items etc. from the Family Center?
The resources are for emergency needs, if a family runs short on finances for one month they can access the resources. To access our services, contact our service connect line at 651-789-3602. The number is answered between 9-5 Monday through Friday.
Does Neighborhood House provide resources for car repairs?

Do you provide resources or information on getting a criminal record cleared up, and/or provide legal assistance?
