Neighborhood House is dedicated to making sure that everyone who calls St. Paul, Minnesota “home” can live here and thrive here. Serving primarily low-income, immigrant, refugee and underrepresented communities, Neighborhood House works with the entire family to ensure their basic needs are met, as well as assuring access to free education programs so they can live safe, stable and rewarding lives. Our education programs include learning opportunities for our youngest early childhood learners, as well as youth and adults. The education programs build self-confidence, along with English reading and writing, citizenship and school and career readiness skills.
