Our food markets are open to everyone. We have suspended our zip code and monthly shopping policies, meaning that anyone living anywhere can get emergency prepacked bags of food as many times a month as they need from our food markets.
Our Wellstone Center food market is open for drive-up or walk-up curbside pickup from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. Located in the rear of the building at 179 Robie St E, St Paul, MN 55107.
Our Francis Basket food market is open for walk-up curbside pickup on Monday and Friday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and Tuesday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m. Located in the Sibley Manor Apartments at 1293 E Maynard Dr #410, St Paul, MN 55116.
If you are in need of delivery, please call 651-789-2534 from Monday to Friday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m. Delivery is only available for those in Ramsey County.
If you need SNAP assistance, please contact Luis at 651-789-2520 and he can help you sign up.
Neighborhood House can help those living in Ramsey County with emergency financial support. Although there is a suspension on evictions during the executive order, landlords are filing eviction paperwork for renters who are unable to pay rent or utilities right now. When the order is lifted, families will lose their homes.
