The Teen Mentorship Initiative is a program with the goal of creating a safe, judgment free place where you can grow and develop your skills while having fun. Through activities, conversation, and opportunities we will work to find what your passions are in life and how to get there.
The Teen Mentorship Initiative takes place three times a week in the evenings. Each has its own instructor and agenda.
Monday: In partnership with Westside Boosters from 6-8 p.m.
Wednesday: With J’Tionna Hobby (JT) at 6-7:30 p.m.
Thursday: With Youth Program staff from 6-7:30 p.m.
Saturday: In partnership with the Mish A Foundation from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Our vision is for young people to become equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to manage life’s opportunities and challenges. Our Youth Programming team helps youth build positive relationships while learning about themselves and developing decision-making skills through new opportunities.
