SUMMARY:March Food Drive
DESCRIPTION:In 2022\, a staggering 5.5 million visits to food shelves marked a record-setting year. Fast forward to the close of 2023\, and Minnesota witnessed an increase to a shocking 7.5 million food shelf visits\, shattering the previous record. \n\n\n\n\nLike other food shelves in the state\, Neighborhood House’s food shelf grapples with the daunting challenge of keeping up with the need. \nThe gap between the escalating need and our limited budgets widens daily. On a regular basis\, we find ourselves unable to stock our shelves adequately to meet the growing number of families seeking assistance. Neighborhood House is now serving over seventeen hundred unique families in a month—nearly double from this time last year. \nThe only way we can move forward as a community is as a community. Unite with us in our relentless efforts to combat hunger and ensure that our neighbors in St. Paul do not endure the anguish of an empty stomach. The time to act is during March Food Drive — your involvement represents a pivotal step toward alleviating the severity of this crisis and fostering a community where no one is left hungry or forgotten. Will you stand with us? Get involved now!
